StudioSuite provides tools to help music teachers manage their studio operations, including enrollment, communication, and scheduling.

2. Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring the information you enter is accurate

3. Use of the platform

You agree to use StudioSuite to:

• Manage your own studio operations
• Communicate with families and students

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam or abuse
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Disrupt or interfere with the service

4. Platform role

StudioSuite provides tools to help teachers manage their studio and communicate with families.

StudioSuite is not a party to any agreement between a teacher and their students or families.

All lessons, payments, scheduling decisions, and policies are the responsibility of the teacher.

5. Your data

• You retain ownership of your data
• You are responsible for the data you enter
• You must have permission to store and contact your families

6. Communication and automations

StudioSuite allows you to send automated emails and messages.

You are responsible for:

• The content of your messages
• Ensuring your communication complies with applicable laws

7. Payments

StudioSuite is offered as a monthly subscription.

• Pricing is displayed at signup
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• Your access will continue until the end of your billing period
• No partial refunds are provided

9. Availability

We aim to keep StudioSuite available and reliable.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Service changes and discontinuation

We may update, modify, or discontinue StudioSuite or any part of the service at any time.

While we aim to provide a reliable and long-term platform, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or continue indefinitely.

11. Limitation of liability

StudioSuite is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

• Lost data
• Missed bookings
• Business losses resulting from use of the platform

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves.

Continued use of StudioSuite means you accept those changes.
